NetACE TONAS™ Network Insights & Assurance (NI&A)

The NetACE TONAS™ Network Insights & Assurance (NI&A) is a comprehensive network management solution that offers powerful insights and assurance to help organizations maintain the health and performance of their networks. TONAS™ NI&A is comprised of two key components: TONAS™ Performance Monitoring (PM) and TONAS™ Fault Management (FM).

The NetACE TONAS™ Network Insights & Assurance (NI&A), its PM and FM modules, integrate with multiple OSS/BSS solutions such as ServiceNow Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) via open TMF APIs like TMF642 and TMF628 various vendor-proprietary interfaces. It’s also part of the NetACE TONAS™ Platform, and smoothly integrates with the DIA, USAF, and NCM solution modules. This integration allows for a closed loop automation, where TONAS™ NI&A can automatically identify and resolve issues, reducing the need for manual intervention and increasing operational efficiency. The integration of these solutions enables organizations to manage their networks more effectively, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

AI/ML-powered Performance Monitoring (PM) and Fault Management (FM)

Performance Monitoring (PM)

This cloud-native module is designed to provide real-time visibility into network performance, allowing organizations to quickly identify and resolve performance issues before they impact end users. TONAS™ NI&A Performance Monitoring provides detailed performance metrics, including network KPIs KQIs and resource utilization, to help organizations identify potential bottlenecks and optimize network performance. Additionally, it offers customizable dashboards and Threshold Crossing Alerts (TCA), allowing organizations to quickly respond to performance degradation and ensure that their networks are always operating at peak performance. The TONAS™ PM exposes Open TMF628 REST API.

Fault Management (FM).

This cloud-native module is designed to help organizations identify and resolve network faults quickly and efficiently. FM provides detailed fault information, including event data, alarms and event history, to help organizations diagnose and resolve network issues. Additionally, TONAS™ NI&A Fault Management offers customizable alerting and reporting, allowing organizations to quickly respond to network faults and minimize downtime. TONAS™ NI&A Fault Management also provides automatic root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations, which can help organizations resolve faults quickly and reduce the time it takes to restore network operations. The TONAS™ FM exposes Open TMF642 REST API.

AIOps-powered Analytics

TONAS™ AIOps is powered by Google TensorFlow, a popular open-source software library for dataflow and differentiable programming. It is a cutting-edge analytics solution that utilizes AI/ML algorithms to analyze network data and detect anomalies in real-time. The AI/ML algorithms are trained to identify patterns in the data, recognize normal network behavior, and identify anomalies that may indicate impending failures.
